Cloud Acquires Multi-Pack LLC

Cloud Packaging Solutions LLC announces the acquisition of MultiPack, L.L.C. Multi-Pack is a leader in high quality packaging services for leading brand-focused companies in the consumer, industrial, medical and pet care markets. Multi-Pack's expertise includes the design, manufacture and conversion of paper, laminate, non-woven and other textile fabrics into disposable wet/dry wipes and towelettes packaged into a broad range of packaging options.

Cloud, which is based in Chicago, IL, provides a full range of packaging solutions in the food & beverage, consumer, industrial, OTC pharmaceutical and personal care industries. Cloud also designs and manufactures high-speed packaging equipment, developing cutting edge solutions for packaging machinery based on continuous-motion horizontal form-fill-seal (HFFS) technology.
